Last week I collected my Volvo XC70 after a short stay in your workshop. Not only was the work carried out to a very high standard, but it was the "other things" which were so impressive. The staff were helpful, friendly, courteous and efficient, the courtesy car was a bonus, and my car was returned in an immaculate condition. You thoroughly deserve the award you've received.
